Cut the tattoo of your choosing around the edges of the design. You can cut slits around if its wrapping around an area. 

Place the design on area of your choosing firmly!

Wet a paper towel or cloth and lay it on top of the design. Hold firmly for 30-60 seconds.

Carefully peel back the paper and watch your skin come to life! Enjoy your colorful, glittery tattoo :)
